A Bit About Mindful Co
Mindful Co is a start up company born out of an effort to keep online therapy ethical for the therapists and clients. Our mission is to keep mental health care as affordable as possible while not taking large cuts from the therapists and mental health coaches.

You may be wondering how we can stay afloat if we're offering affordable mental health services and paying the providers fairly. It's because Mindful Co is run more like a co-op. Each therapist and mental health coach is essentially running their own business under the Mindful Co umbrella. My goal as the Founder and CEO isn't to turn a profit, it's to provide a place for clients to receive affordable ethical care and providers to receive ethical working conditions in a capitalist society.

Mindful Co is social justice oriented and practices from an anti-racist, pro LGBTQIA standpoint with a focus on ethical practice under capitalism. Each therapists has a specific specialty that can be found in their bio, while Mental Health Coaches provide general support for those that still find therapy outside of their financial reach.

Therapists at Mindful Co dedicate 10% of their caseload to low income individuals at a reduced rate of $69.
Insurance
Some therapists are individually paneled with insurance companies listed below, while others use intermediary companies like Headway and Alma to handle all insurance claims. Insurance information is located within the therapists' bios. Call us today for more information or to make special accommodations if you’re not adequately insured.
